RezZoA Provider App – Terms and Conditions

 

By downloading, accessing, or using the RezZoA Provider App (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Use of the App

  1. RezZoA Provider App allows businesses and service providers (“Providers”) to accept bookings, manage schedules, and connect with customers.
  2. Providers must be legally authorized to operate their services in their respective jurisdictions.

2. Account Registration

  2. Providers are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under their accounts.
  3. RezZoA reserves the right to verify credentials or request documentation to confirm eligibility to use the App.

3. Service Listings and Bookings

  1. Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of service details, availability, pricing, and fulfillment.
  2. RezZoA does not guarantee any specific number of bookings or revenue.
  3. Providers must comply with applicable laws and regulations related to the services they offer.
  4. Providers are responsible for cancellations, refunds, and resolving disputes with customers in accordance with their own policies.

4. Payments

  1. Payments from customers are processed via third-party gateways. RezZoA does not hold or manage customer funds.
  2. Providers agree to pay any applicable fees for using the App, if applicable, as described in the App or Provider Agreement.

5. Content and Conduct

  1. Providers must not post content that is misleading, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
  2. RezZoA reserves the right to remove listings or content that violate these Terms.
  3. Providers must maintain professional conduct when interacting with customers.

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. RezZoA acts solely as a technology platform. It is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or performance of services provided by Providers.
  2. Providers agree to indemnify and hold RezZoA harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the App or interactions with customers.

7. Privacy

  1. Providers’ use of the App is subject to the RezZoA Privacy Policy [link to privacy policy].
  2. Providers consent to the collection and processing of personal and business information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

RezZoA may suspend or terminate Provider accounts for violation of these Terms, legal non-compliance, or other lawful reasons. Providers may terminate their accounts by providing notice to RezZoA.
